Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily administrative operations within the medical office to ensure that processes run smoothly.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage calendars for medical staff.
- Maintain and update patient records in compliance with privacy regulations including HIPAA and GDPR.
- Process billing and insurance claims accurately and on time.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in medical administration or healthcare-related roles.

- Maintain clear communication with medical staff regarding patient schedules, urgent updates, or workflow changes.
- Manage medical records and prepare reports as requested by healthcare providers.
- Review and process invoices, payments, and insurance claims, addressing discrepancies promptly.
- Organize staff meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes afterward.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and patient satisfaction.
