You will play a key role in attracting, supporting and developing our future talent, taking ownership of the employee journey from initial attraction and recruitment through to development, qualification and progression.
The role is intentionally broader than a traditional early careers position.
Alongside leading key aspects of our early talent activity, you will work across the wider talent agenda, with responsibility for areas of learning and development and performance management.
You will be expected to understand how these areas connect and contribute to the firm’s wider people and business objectives, working with stakeholders to ensure talent activity reflects business and workforce priorities.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about early careers within the legal sector but is also keen to broaden their experience, take ownership of new areas and continue developing as a well-rounded talent professional.
