You are a resilient, confident, and driven candidate who will thrive in the role of an Operations Supervisor. To succeed, you should have proven experience from a security orientated background in live events, or medium to large scale staffing deployments with a deep understanding of security strategies. You will maintain a secure work environment.

Experience within a supervisory role would be extremely advantageous as this role would require you to successfully lead teams at some of the East Midlands’ most prestigious venues. You will be the initial point of contact for all operational matters. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will work with clients daily with the purpose of delivering operational excellence for every event, including the management of staff in compliance with company protocols, legislation and agreed processes.

As part of our commitment to continuous development, this role requires the completion of the Management Development Programme (MDP) at the earliest opportunity to progress to the role of Operational Executive.
