The Training Team Leader oversees the scheduling, coordination, and delivery of training provision for Showsec’s workforce.
The role provides direct support to the Training Manager, Senior Trainer and e Learning Team Leader, while line managing the Training Administration function, ensuring all training activity is delivered efficiently, compliant with regulatory requirements, and aligned with organisational standards.

- What you will be doing
- Support or lead on scheduling and coordinating all training and development activity for staff across the organisation, and support with
- Line manage and support Training Administrators, including workload allocation, performance, and development
- Oversee all training course administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
- Develop and coordinate targeted training plans to meet specific operational or area needs
- Liaise with operational teams and all other support services to align training delivery with business requirements
- Engage and consult with external partners and commercial clients to support training delivery and opportunities
- Collate, analyse, and report on training data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Support the rollout and implementation of new training initiatives and programmes across the business
- Ensure training activities remain compliant with relevant legislation, industry standards, and organisational policies
- Attending training courses to support Trainers where required
- Quality assurance of training activity
- Any other duties commensurate with the post.
