Showsec is looking for an Operations Supervisor to manage live events across the Bournemouth and Southampton area. You will lead a casual workforce, deliver inductions, and coordinate security operations to ensure safety and client satisfaction.
You will report to the Area Manager, complete the Management Development Programme (MDP), develop your team, and contribute to incident response, documentation and budget monitoring. SIA licence and UK work rights are required.
