You’ll need to be confident on camera, quick to react, and able to deliver consistent, high-quality content that builds community and boosts visibility.

This is a hands-on, fast-moving role ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media. You’ll be the creative spark behind our content output. Filming, editing, analysing, and sharing content based on what’s working. You’ll also help guide the broader marketing team on what assets are needed and what content connects best.

We’re open to hiring someone more junior with potential or a more experienced candidate with a proven portfolio. What matters most is your personality, creativity, and ability to execute.

Responsibilities

  • Create and publish compelling short-form video and photo content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube
  • Be the on-camera face of the brand where needed. Authenticity and relatability are key
  • Edit videos and visuals using tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar (we’ll provide equipment as needed)
  • Attend events to capture behind-the-scenes content and bring our work to life
  • Use scheduling tools to plan and distribute content across platforms
  • Monitor social engagement and respond to comments and DMs to foster brand interaction
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to guide asset creation and campaign direction
  • Track content performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
  • Present a monthly social media report with insights, learnings, and improvement ideas
  • Research and jump on trends quickly, adapting formats that resonate with our audience
  • Benchmark and analyse competitor activity and best-in-class examples for inspiration

About You

  • Comfortable on camera, and able to represent the energy and voice of the brand
  • A compelling and confident communicator, with a natural sense of storytelling
  • Experienced in managing TikTok and Instagram accounts (portfolio or examples strongly preferred)
  • Skilled with video editing tools like CapCut or Adobe Rush, and simple design platforms like Canva
  • Not only creative and digitally savvy, but also curious about the growing role of AI in marketing. You’ll have a strong desire to explore and experiment with AI tools
  • Experience with a CRM system (HubSpot) desirable
  • Naturally tuned into what’s trending and what your audience cares about
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working to deadlines
  • Analytical mindset. You’re confident reviewing performance metrics and using them to iterate
  • Passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and brand growth

  • Flexibility, autonomy, and a collaborative, creative working environment
