Now, the global media landscape demands diversity, innovation and independence.
ShowHeroes is Europe’s leading, independent provider of video solutions for digital publishers and advertisers. Our proprietary video platform consists of a library of thousands of unique video content clips, efficient video asset and playlist management, a sleek and modern video player, as well as cutting edge video advertising technology and in-depth reporting tools for both - publishers and advertisers.
ShowHeroes Group was founded in 2016 by Ilhan Zengin, Mario Tiedemann and Dennis Kirschner and operates from multiple international locations across EU, LATAM and beyond with 200+ employees.
This is a new hybrid role combining Supply Account Management and Demand Account Management, designed to sit at the intersection of both teams.
On the supply side, you will manage and grow relationships with premium publishers across CTV & OLV, overseeing onboarding, performance, optimisation and ongoing account health. You will work closely with publishers to maximise inventory performance, share insights and develop long-term, meaningful partnerships.
On the demand side, you will support the planning, setup, delivery and optimisation of advertising campaigns across ShowHeroes’ OLV, CTV & Display solutions. You will help ensure campaigns run smoothly end-to-end and deliver strong performance for clients.
Internally, this role plays a key part in connecting Supply, Demand, Sales, Operations, Product and Marketing teams. By sharing insights across departments, supporting campaign delivery and aligning priorities, you will help improve collaboration, efficiency and commercial outcomes across the business.
What You'll Take Charge Of:
- Supply account management
- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned publishers, ensuring strong performance, communication and retention.
- Own publisher onboarding, integrations and ongoing account management, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Conduct daily supply health checks (VTR, Viewability, schain, GDPR, CMP etc) and present insights in a clear, digestible format.
- Support the Supply team to produce quarterly business review decks.
- Act as a point of contact between publishers and internal Operations teams, managing expectations and response times.
- Demand and campaign support
- Support pre-sales activity including site list curation, forecasting, targeting recommendations and deal setup.
- Assist with campaign setup, creative coordination and priority site recommendations.
- Support end-to-end campaign delivery, from brief response through to optimisation and reporting.
- Conduct daily campaign health checks and support spend optimisation across key publishers.
- Pull, analyse and present platform data in a clear and actionable format.
- Maintain and update campaign trackers and support client reporting, PCAs and case studies.
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment across supply and demand priorities.
- Share insights between supply and demand teams to improve performance and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years’ experience in digital media operations, account management or similar positions.
- Understanding of programmatic advertising (technical knowledge a plus, but not essential).
- Proactive and accountable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Well organised, efficient and comfortable working with data.
- Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams.
What's In It for You:
- An innovative video technology and media company with numerous branches in key cities across UK, EMEA and the Americas.
- Opportunities to develop yourself professionally and help shape our fast-growing company.
- Fast growth company with start-up character: flat hierarchies and short communication channels.
- Hybrid working; home and office in Holborn (Central London).
