With operational offices in the UK, UAE, KSA and Qatar, we have almost 35 years’ experience in ensuring film, television and theatre productions, live events, ceremonies, sporting, corporate and major public events run smoothly and efficiently.

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our busy team. You’ll be an excellent communicator, passionate about delivering high standards of customer service and have a real drive to succeed.

Role:

As a Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of services, and acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams. You’ll support the Operations team with the preparation of quotes and management of project schedules.

Reports to:

Head of UK Operations

Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing client accounts and build long-term, trusted partnerships
  • Understand client goals and proactively identify opportunities
  • Manage a large volume of email and phone enquiries daily
  • Ensure contracts are issued accurately
  • Maintain contact to ensure repeat business and identify upsell opportunities
  • Carry out regular site visits to understand your client’s requirements
  • Arrange and attend meetings to generate new business and manage relationships
  • Ensure that customers receive the best possible service at all times
  • Ensure complaints are handled in line with company procedures
  • Ensuring accreditation for events is complete
  • Prepare accurate quotes and schedules utilising our bespoke CRM system and excel
  • Ensure all project information is communicated to all team members
  • Update client records ensuring current information is available at all times
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the clients’ needs and manage them through to delivery
  • Obtain client feedback after each event and report to senior management
  • Attend relevant trade exhibitions, networking events and training
  • Work closely with the Head of Operations UK to ensure that the links between the Account Management and Scheduling teams are strong, ensuring both client and staff needs are met

Salary is negotiable based on experience. Hybrid working can be discussed.
