Showforce are looking to add a booking and scheduling coordinator on a fixed term contract for the 2025 events season.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Account management team to understand booking requirements for each event.
- Booking event crew onto shifts using the CRM.
- Building relationships with new and existing event crew.
- Book the event crew based on logistics and availability.
- Keeping event crew updated on any shift changes.
- Ensure that crew are aware of their schedules in advance and address any conflicts or issues promptly.
- Provide solutions to accommodate last-minute changes.
- Ensure the CRM is up to date and well maintained.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Admin/booking and scheduling role (Preferred).
- Experience with CRM (Preferred).
- Confident phone manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work towards deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of Logistics in London.
- Punctual.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Flexible and willing to work out of hours and weekends on call (Rota basis).
