Job Title: Primary Teacher

Salary: £25,000 to £32,000

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teach all areas of the primary curriculum
2. Support the progress of a class of primary-age pupils
3. Create a positive learning environment
4. Organise the classroom and create learning resources and displays
5. Plan, prepare and present engaging and inspiring lessons
6. Mark work and set targets
7. Cater for the needs and abilities of all pupils
8. Maintain levels of discipline
9. Follow child protection and safeguarding measures
10. Work in partnership with parents, other teachers and outside agencies

Minimum Requirements:

1. 112-120 UCAS points
2. A-Levels: BBC-BBB from 3 A Levels or equivalent grade combinations
3. GCSE English Language, Mathematics and a Science at grade C or 4 or above
4. Some experience of working with children in a mainstream UK school in the age group for which you\’re applying

Career Progression:

As you build your teaching experience, you could progress into senior roles, such as head of department, deputy head, or head teacher. These roles bring more responsibility and higher salaries.
