The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.
Hours of work: You will be contracted to work 120 hours per 6-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period, including evening and weekends. The cinema is open 364 days of the year; your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.

We are looking for a dynamic and hands‑on Guest Experience Lead to join our team. In this front‑facing role, you will lead by example, working alongside your team in the cinema and front‑of‑house areas to deliver outstanding service every day and you will play a key role in upholding and enhancing our brand standards. Your responsibilities will include training, coaching, and developing team members, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll also provide vital support to the wider management team, contributing to the overall success of the cinema’s operations.
To be successful in this role you must have proven customer service experience in retail, cinema or hospitality, good communication skills and be able to demonstrate team leadership potential.
