We have an exciting opportunity for a Barista Maestro with coffee experience to work at our Costa store. Born of dedication, passion and pride, you will deliver a coffee shop experience that is full of warmth, charm and community spirit.
Key duties:- Making irresistible coffee whilst serving customers with a smile
- Supporting the team and the store manager to deliver unbeatable experiences
- Driving the highest of standards every time
- Maintaining stock
- Encouraging customer feedback
- You must have proven experience as a Barista, and ideally a Barista Maestro/ team leader / supervisor
- You’ll need a zest for life and a passion for customer service
- You’ll be eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- You’ll be personable and be able to read our customers to deliver experiences that are simply unbeatable
- You’ll be enthusiastic, reliable and confident
