Contract
- 120 hours every 6 weeks (flexible schedule)
- Includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays (including Christmas/New Year on rotation)
The Role
As a Guest Experience Manager, you’ll take the lead on shift to ensure our guests have the best possible cinema experience. You’ll inspire and support your team, drive service standards, and help create a welcoming and efficient environment across all areas — from ticketing and concessions to cleanliness and safety. You’ll work with cutting-edge cinema tech, innovative food and drink offers (including Costa Coffee), and play a key role in delivering the Showcase brand promise.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous supervisory or management experience in cinema, retail, or hospitality
- A strong passion for film and outstanding guest service skills
- Confident leader and coach, able to support and motivate a team
- Great under pressur and solutions-focused
- Solid knowledge of health & safety standards
- Commercially aware and KPI-driven
- Positive, flexible, and open to change
