The predicted salary is between 25592 - 31280 £ per year.
Hours of work: You will be contracted to work 120 hours per 6-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period, including evening and weekends. The cinema is open 364 days of the year; your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.

As a Guest Experience Manager, you will play a key role in leading and shaping the cinema experience for our guests. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing shifts and guiding a team to deliver exceptional service. With access to state-of-the-art technology and innovative food and beverage concepts, you'll be responsible for coaching and developing team members, ensuring every guest feels welcomed.
To be successful in this role you must have prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role in cinema, hospitality, or retail, have a passion for film and customer service excellence, have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to demonstrate your ability to work under pressure. A strong understanding of health and safety legislation is essential, as is a commitment to upholding the highest operational standards. You'll have a positive mindset that welcomes exciting innovation and change and will represent and elevate the Showcase brand whilst driving commercial success and achieving key business KPIs.
