What are we looking for?
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and organised marketing or communications professional who is passionate about using their skills to make a positive impact within the community.
Our ideal volunteer will have experience in one or more areas of marketing, communications, social media, public relations or digital content creation.
They should be confident producing engaging content, communicating with a range of audiences and helping to promote an organisation's mission and activities.

What will you be doing?
As our Founding Volunteer Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you will help establish and grow the public profile of S.
G. (Show What U Got) by leading our marketing and communications activities.
We are looking for someone with at least three years' relevant experience in marketing, communications or a related field, who is passionate about using their skills to make a positive impact within the community.
Working closely with the Founder & CEO and our founding volunteer team, you will develop engaging campaigns that raise awareness of our mission, attract volunteers, strengthen partnerships and celebrate the positive impact of our work across the community.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Planning and delivering marketing and communications campaigns.
- Managing and growing our social media presence across platforms including Linked In, Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok.
- Creating engaging written, visual and digital content using tools such as Canva or similar design platforms.
- Planning and scheduling content to support campaigns, events and organisational milestones.
- Maintaining a consistent brand identity across all communications.
- Supporting the promotion of volunteer opportunities, fundraising initiatives and community events.
- Monitoring engagement and identifying opportunities to improve our reach, visibility and impact.
- Working collaboratively with our founding volunteer team to ensure all communications reflect S. W. U. G.'s vision, values and objectives.
