Showpad is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our People Team. You will serve as a strategic partner to executives while executing and continuously improving people programs.

You’ll collaborate closely with senior leaders across the business, advising on HR matters that intersect with performance and growth.

You will operate at the intersection of strategy and operations, guiding organizational design discussions in the morning and driving performance cycles in the afternoon.
