About the role

As a key member of the Stylist team, you will be responsible for the final dressing and styling of show homes following installation. The role requires a strong balance of creativity and precision, translating design concepts into fully realised spaces through considered sourcing, artwork curation, and high-quality on-site execution. This role requires a highly organised and proactive individual with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Stylists are expected to take ownership of the styling process, ensuring each space is delivered to an exceptional standard, aligned with the client brief, and executed seamlessly from concept through to handover.

Working Hours

This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week, working either 8:30am – 5:00pm or 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. This role requires regular travel throughout the UK, including frequent overnight stays. Flexibility to travel and stay away from home when required is essential.

About You

Essential Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

  • A strong passion for interior design and styling
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role
  • Proactive, flexible, and collaborative mindset
  • Strong attention to detail with a refined creative eye
  • Full, valid UK driving licence required. Applicants must have held their licence for a minimum of two years and be aged 25 or over

Desirable Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

  • Experience working with and managing budgets
  • CSCS Green Card (or willingness to obtain via the company)
  • Experience within a styling role would be beneficial
