About the Role

We have an exciting role within our Operations team as an Operations Planner. This is an integral role and is one of the main points of contact between our Operations team and our Client’s sites. Reporting to our Logistics Manager and working alongside one other Operations Planner, these roles work together as a team in the co-ordination of interior design installations, maintaining day to day contact with sites, gaining updates on build program through to installation of our Design schemes. The Operations Planner will have the ability to communicate effectively across all levels, ensuring that all key data has been shared with the relevant personnel internally and externally for scheduling. This is an exciting, fast paced & reactive role which requires someone with initiative & excellent communication skills. The basic hours are 37.5 hours a week, 8.30am to 5.00 pm or 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday which will be on a rota.

About You

It is vital that the Operations Planner is very organized, highly motivated and pragmatic in decision making. You must:

  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to communicate across all levels.
  • Be customer focused with the ability to work under pressure and have difficult conversations.
  • Although not essential, if you have experience working in a project management environment or the interior design/construction industries, that would be advantageous.
