We are seeking an experienced Residential Lettings Consultant to join our busy and successful Residential Lettings team.

The Role

You will manage the lettings process from start to finish, matching applicants to properties, carrying out viewings, negotiating lets, progressing references, and liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth tenancy start.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understanding and a basic knowledge of the letting and referencing processes
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively in a target-driven environment
  • Ability to multitask given the nature of the sector
  • Attention to detail: critical for compliance checks
  • Problem solving, thinking on your feet, is critical to resolve issues, delays or tenant/client concerns

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year lettings experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organised, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Full time – Monday to Friday 9.00 am–5.15 pm

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum basic with a commission-based structure for each property let

Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, company pension, on-site parking
