We are looking for a teacherwho:
- Has a proven ability toteach pupils with communication and interaction needs effectively throughthe use of dynamic and engaging techniques.
- Has the ability to leada provision and manage staff in an effective way towards outstandingpractice.
- Is able to reflect andsee solutions in daily teaching, in own practice and that of the team.
- Can use theirinitiative to solve problems.
- Can share ideas for theadjustment of learning to enable pupils to access learning effectively.
- Can build effectivetrusting relationships with staff, pupils, parents and external agencies.
