Shot Blaster

• Shot blasting products and parts to company standard
• Prepare products for treatment
• Wet spraying and finishing products and parts
• Using and maintaining power tools, hand tools
• Welding Experience is a plus for repair work
• Completing all daily checks for machinery and quality checks on all work completed
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and work place organisation and keeping equipment in good working order
• Behave in-line with company values
• Able to work to a high standard with minimum supervision with the ability to work well within team.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

The Ideal Candidate:

• Shot blasting experience (Ideally minimum 1 years) However training provided for the right candidate
• Wet paint spraying experience (Ideally minimum 1 years)However training provided for the right candidate
• Positive proactive and driven individual
• Team Player
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• A knowledge of health and safety requirements in a similar environment is essential, particularly in the use of hazardous substances and their controls
• Able to work to a high standard with minimum supervision with the ability to work well within team
• Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Welding experience is a plus
• Flexible as job requirements may vary
• Willingness to learn new skills within the industry

A full driving licence & Fork Lift Truck Licence Would Be A Plus

Job Types: Permanent 4 days a week, which 4 days will depend on workload requirements. However the right candidate will be flexible to more days a week when required.
