Welcome to SHOT Clubhouse. Sport is the biggest cultural force on the planet. Bigger than music. Bigger than fashion. It shapes how people dress, how they speak, who they look up to, and who they want to become. And yet it still does not have a home that reflects that. No single place where the athlete, the fan, the creator, and the community exist together under one identity. That is what we are building. SHOT is where street meets sport. A space where athletes develop, communities connect, and creators own their stories. Not a highlights page. Not an influencer agency. The clubhouse for Sport Heads, the five billion people worldwide who live and breathe sport every single day.

The Advisory Board: Your Legacy

We are looking for people who have shaped culture from the inside. Former professional athletes who understand what sport does to a person's identity. Brand builders who know how community and commerce connect. Creators and editors who tell the stories that mainstream sport ignores. Leaders who have spent their careers proving that sport belongs to everyone. If your name, your work, or your story sits at the intersection of sport and culture, there is a seat at this table for you.

What We Are Building

  • Sport Head ID: A lifelong digital passport for sport. One handle, one avatar, one account across every team, every sport, every community. The identity layer sport has never had.
  • PERFORM: Confidence-led athlete development built on Individual Development Plans across five pillars: Technical, Physical, Psychological, Social, and Personal. Built on best practice from The FA, England Boxing, LTA, RFU, ECB, and England Hockey. Development that actually follows the athlete, not the institution.
  • PULSE: The editorial voice of sport culture. Not just scores and fixtures. The stories, the people, the moments, and the movements that define what sport means right now. Content that belongs to the community, not the broadcaster.
  • LOCKER: Commerce that rewards the community first. Club kit, exclusive drops, and supporter gear with limited releases built around identity and belonging, not just transactions.
  • Clubhouse: One account, every role. Athlete, coach, parent, fan, creator. Community at scale, built around real sport, real people, and real connection.

The Infrastructure Underneath

We have built a proprietary platform ready for enterprise scale. Safeguarding architecture is built into the routing layer from day one, not bolted on as an afterthought. We are a confirmed member of the United Nations Football for the Goals initiative, with 80,000 users onboarding across our UN global goals and Sported Foundation partnerships. Multi-sport from day one across football, rugby, boxing, cricket, tennis, hockey, netball, golf, athletics, padel, and more.

Who We Are Looking For

You live and breathe sport and culture. You understand what it means to people, not just what it does. You have built something, represented something, or stood for something that made others pay attention. You know how to open doors, bring people into a room, and make things happen. Most importantly, you want to be part of building something that lasts, something that gives the next generation a genuine shot at making their mark.

The Role

Remuneration: Advisory equity and shares commensurate with your experience, network, and level of involvement. Time commitment: Flexible. Board meetings and ad-hoc strategic sessions. We respect what you already have on your plate. Location: Remote or hybrid.

Take your SHOT. Own it. Make an impact.
