The Role
- Portfolio of up to 50 customers within a focussed market.
- Reporting to the Commercial Director.
- Supported directly by a marketing manager and customer success manager.

What you’ll be doing
- Own a focused portfolio of customers at different stages of maturity.
- Increase the value each customer gets and ensure retention and expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across operational and strategic levels.
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities across teams, use cases, or regions.
- Lead structured check‑ins and value‑led conversations.
- Manage renewals and commercial discussions with confidence.
