At Shortlist Marketing, our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) play a vital role in delivering business opportunities to our clients. You’ll be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, qualifying sales opportunities, and generating appointments for our clients' pipelines.
We’re looking for an experienced SDR wanting to join a dynamic and growing organisation. We pride ourselves on our talented and experienced team, providing regular feedback and one-to-one training sessions to ensure continued professional development. But it’s more than just training; we want to reward excellence with uncapped commission and provide a positive work-life balance with home-based working and a 4pm finish on Friday!
This role is perfect for someone with previous experience in a sales-based role. You’ll have spoken to prospective customers via phone and email, engaged with senior stakeholders and decision makers, and progressed opportunities from qualification to booking appointments and demonstrations.
Key responsibilities:- Setting appointments on behalf of our clients with well-qualified sales opportunities
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of future potential sales opportunities
- Contributing to campaign and sales strategy
- Maintaining effective communication with clients and colleagues
- Keeping systems updated and accurate; namely HubSpot CRM
- Achieving the above against monthly sales KPIs.
- Technical proficiency with CRMs such as HubSpot
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Time management and teamwork
- Confident with cold outreach - primarily through phone and email
