Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
- Build and install bespoke cabinetry, furniture, and interior components
- Complete final fit-outs, including windows, doors, sinks, and fixtures
- Accurately scribe, trim, and fit components for a flawless finish
- Work with precision to tight tolerances and fine detail
- Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with engineering, electrical, and upholstery teams
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Carpenter, Joiner, or Boat Builder
- Experience in marine or luxury yacht environments is beneficial, but not essential
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry, Joinery, or Boatbuilding (or equivalent apprenticeship)
- Strong skills using hand and power tools
