We're looking for a skilled and detail-driven Carpenter to join our team in Wroxham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality, precision craftsmanship. Whether your background is in boatbuilding, marine carpentry, shop fitting, or bespoke joinery, we want to hear from you. If you've honed your skills outside the marine industry but have experience in high-spec or custom work, your expertise is highly valued here. You'll play a key role in creating premium finishes, working to exacting standards on a variety of bespoke projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
  • Build and install bespoke cabinetry, furniture, and interior components
  • Complete final fit-outs, including windows, doors, sinks, and fixtures
  • Accurately scribe, trim, and fit components for a flawless finish
  • Work with precision to tight tolerances and fine detail
  • Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications
  • Collaborate with engineering, electrical, and upholstery teams

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Carpenter, Joiner, or Boat Builder
  • Experience in marine or luxury yacht environments is beneficial, but not essential
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry, Joinery, or Boatbuilding (or equivalent apprenticeship)
  • Strong skills using hand and power tools
