We are currently seeking skilled EDM Machinists with strong experience in wire erosion to join a leading precision engineering subcontractor supporting top F1 and Automotive programmes. This role offers the chance to work on highly technical components where accuracy, consistency, and craftsmanship are essential.

What you'll be doing:

  • Setting, operating, and programming EDM wire erosion machines
  • Producing complex and high-accuracy components to tight tolerances
  • Reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings
  • Performing in-process inspection to ensure parts meet specification
  • Working closely with engineering and quality teams to maintain standards

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in wire EDM machining, including programming
  • Strong understanding of precision component manufacturing
  • Ability to follow technical drawings and work autonomously
  • High attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset

Shifts available:

  • Day shift: Monday-Friday (early finish on Fridays)
  • Night shift: Monday-Thursday
