A leading sub-contract manufacturer within the F1 and Automotive sectors is looking to add experienced CNC Cylindrical Grinders to their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly specialised environment working on complex, high-precision components for some of the most demanding industries in engineering.
What you'll be doing:
- Operating and setting CNC cylindrical grinding machines
- Working to tight tolerances on high-value, performance-critical parts
- Interpreting engineering drawings and following precise specifications
- Ensuring components meet quality standards through in-process inspection
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience operating Jones & Shipman CNC Cylindrical Grinders
- Strong understanding of precision engineering and high-tolerance work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, specialist team
- Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Shifts available:
- Day shift: Monday-Friday (early finish on Fridays)
- Night shift: Monday-Thursday
