AVAILABLE NOW! IT Systems Engineer Wanted! Our client is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to join their enterprise team on a permanent basis. The IT Systems Engineer will be reporting to the Head of Technology and Networks, working full time in the office. The IT Systems Engineer must have proven MSP experience, along with proven 3rd Line IT Support experience with certain technologies. Key Responsibilities for the IT Systems Engineer: Ensure the smooth running and patching of the customer environment. Work with external suppliers Assist with the implementation of patches and firmware updates Configuration of the servers/equipment Ensure backups are completed and complete test restore Be part of the support team for customers' users fault finding and solving problems Build the IT Hosting Infrastructure as required Build laptops and PCs according to internal & customer specifications Be part of the 24/7 on-call rotaSkills Required for the IT Systems Engineer: VMware build/HA/configure/troubleshooting exp Good knowledge of networking concepts including Routing, Switching, Firewalling including Layer 7 Firewalls Microsoft Windows Server, 10/11 desktop & 2019/2022 configure/build/troubleshoot/patching Proven IT experience Previous MSP experience Ability to work as part of a team and independentlyIf this role is of interest, please apply for additional information or contact Thomas Edevane from Clearwater People Solutions
