The Role In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality paint repairs, refinishing, and interior touch-ups across a range of aircraft components.
You may also have the opportunity to work off-site during aircraft maintenance activities, supporting Tier 1 airline and MRO customers.
Key Responsibilities Perform aircraft component paint repairs, including corrosion treatment, surface preparation, and paint blending Carry out interior paint touch-ups on panels, trims, and fittings Follow technical drawings, maintenance manuals, and detailed work instructions Safely operate and maintain painting equipment, including spray guns and PPEEnsure all work meets aviation safety regulations and internal quality standards Coordinate with planning and customer MRO teams to deliver work packs on schedule Accurately document all work completed in line with maintenance proc...
