Production Manager in Stoke-on-Trent

You will be responsible for ensuring maintenance activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with technical, quality, and compliance standards.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n* Lead and manage depot-based engineering and maintenance activities\\n* Ensure materials availability and implement action plans to address shortages\\n* Produce condition, performance, and production reports\\n* Review specifications for new and ongoing work\\n* Attend incidents and derailments as Recovery Supervisor / Incident Engineer\\n* Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, including safety tours and inspections\\n* Ensure staff competencies are up to date across CCMS and related systems\\n* Oversee plant and equipment compliance across site\\n* Manage risk assessments, SSOW, and periodic reviews\\n* Manage disciplinary and grievance processes in line with company policy\\n\\nAbout You:\\n* Proven experience leading a large, diverse engineering or maintenance facility\\n* Strong traction and rolling stock knowledge\\n* IOSH qualification (or equivalent)\\n* Background in industrial manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, or welding environments\\n* A confident, people-focused leader with strong communication skills
