The company is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join its expanding operations team. This position will play a key role in supporting warehouse, logistics and inventory activities while ensuring compliance with strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving, sorting and organising incoming shipments and materials
  • Inspecting incoming goods to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
  • Recording shipment details and updating inventory systems accurately
  • Storing and securing materials within designated warehouse locations
  • Picking and preparing items for dispatch to customers and operational teams
  • Packing, labelling and preparing shipments for delivery
  • Operating warehouse and material handling equipment including pallet trucks and forklifts where required
  • Supporting stock control activities including inventory checks and cycle counts
  • Working closely with internal departments and external suppliers to support smooth day-to-day operations
  • Following company procedures alongside health & safety and quality requirements
  • Supporting additional warehouse and logistics activities as required
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work within structured processes
  • Good communication and team-working skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced operational environment
  • A proactive and reliable approach to work
  • Aerospace or aviation industry experience would be advantageous, but not essential
