Site Manager, SR163 Power Networks,Transmission & Distribution Pontypridd CF37 5UA £70,000 to £75,000 plus car + fuel card + pension Job Ref: J(phone number removed) We are looking for an experienced TP137/SR163 Site Manager to oversee substation projects across South Wales and the South West. We have site in: Upper Boat, Pontypridd Cilfynydd 400kV, Pontypridd Imperial Park, Newport Uskmouth, Newport Bramley, Basingstoke Iron Acton, North Bristol Chickerill, Weymouth Mannington, Bournemouth The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the energy sector, particularly in Civils, and experience liaising with National Grid, subcontractors, and third parties. Key Responsibilities: * Lead site operations, ensuring the projects are delivered on time, within budget and in compliance with industry standards. * Serve as the primary liaison with National Grid, subcontractors and third parties to ensure seamless project execution. * Maintain all necessary site documentation, including Lifting & Access Plans, RAMs and ensure strict health & safety adherence. * Monitor and assess subcontractor performance, conduct regular site inspections and implement best practices * Provide detailed project updates, highlighting key milestones, challenges and resource requirements.
