We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Aircraft Sheet Metal Worker to join a world leading MRO based in Hampshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced hangar environment, carrying out structural repairs, inspections, and modifications that keep aircraft safe, compliant, and ready for service.

Key Responsibilities
Perform structural repairs and sheet metal tasks in accordance with approved repair data and engineering drawings on business Jets.
Install, inspect, repair, and replace sheet metal components with precision and care
Ensure all structural work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
Operate and maintain sheet metal tools and equipment in line with safety requirements
Complete accurate and timely documentation of all repair and maintenance activities
Support hangar operations by undertaking general aircraft mechanic duties when required
Maintain calibrated tooling and equipment, ensuring proper storage, labelling, and records
Contribute to a safe and professional workplace by promoting Health & Safety best practices and reporting through the Safety Management System
Uphold housekeeping standards on the hangar floor to ensure a clean, efficient working environment
Undertake any other reasonable duties in line with the Aircraft Sheet Metal Worker role
What We\'re Looking For
Essential:
Completed Aeronautical Engineering Apprenticeship (or equivalent qualification)
Minimum of 2 years\' aviation maintenance experience, including at least 12 months in sheet metal/structural work
Strong knowledge of EASA/CAA Part-145 regulations and company MOE compliance
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
Willingness and flexibility to support wider aviation mechanic activities
Desirable:
Full UK Driving Licence
Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret technical work cards and maintenance data.
