Shorterm Group are been commissioned to assist a Global Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul company based in Manchester who are looking to appoint experienced Sheet Metal workers/Structural technicians on a 6 month rolling contract working on Freighter to Passenger conversion on B777.
Start date: ASAP
Duration:6 month rolling contract
Shift pattern: Mon-Friday 07:00-17:30 or late shift 12:00-22:30pm
Rate: Β£36 per hour Ltd (Outside IR35)
Work: Freighter to passenger conversion on B777
Candidates would be required to undertake a trade test prior to starting.
Role Overview:
Removal of major aircraft structural sections.
Freighter to passenger conversion on B777
Working to fine tolerances and high standards.
Upholding high standards of housekeeping.
Adhering to company and manufacturers procedures.
Implementing modifications from drawings and procedures.
Shift Pattern & Working Hours: Early: 7.00am β 3.00pm or Late: 3.00pm β 11.30pm
Experience required:
5+ years experience working on Live aircraft: Ideally B777/B737/A320
Experienced and capable of reading manufacturers drawings and SRMs.
Hold a valid UK Drivers Licence
