Are you a Light Vehicle Engineer looking to enhance your career and increase your earning potential? Shorterm Group have a great opportunity for Light Vehicle Engineers to join an upskilling program and become highly competent HGV/truck mechanics, working on London's Fire Engines. It's a 12-month paid, on-the-job learning programme. During the programme, you will also gain an EV Qualification and IMI HGV Accreditation, further enhancing your technical expertise. Upon completion, there is a full-time offer directly with the client with a pay increase of up to 10k.
Work details:
- Monday to Friday
- Early/Late Shift pattern (6am-2:30pm and 1:30pm-10pm, alternating weekly)
- Ruislip location
- Salary circa 35k for a 40-hour week, paid weekly
Experience/qualifications needed:
- Minimum Level 2 in Light Vehicle Mechanics
- Valid UK Driver's Licence
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a vehicle mechanic
