Quality Inspector – Permanent – Rochford, Essex £32,000 – £35,000Shorterm Group are currently working with one of the world’s largest suppliers of aerospace and defence products. They are currently looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to join their team.Job Purpose:To maintain quality control within the manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to business standards and customer requirements.Duties and Responsibilities:*Inspect and verify parts at all stages within the business.*Conduct first article inspection reporting.*Manage non-conformance processes for both suppliers and customers.*Perform root cause analysis and resolution, including rework of parts.*Collaborate with the team to achieve quality and production targets.*Support the integration of quality within the manufacturing cycle.*Act as an approving signatory for the release of related quality processes.Experience and Skills:*Proven experience in an engineering background.
