Role Responsibilities: * Prepping trailer bodies and piece parts for spraying and ensuring all parts are to a high-quality standard * Be able to work individually and within a team to meet production targets * Following clear instructions from team members and senior colleagues * Adherence to health and safety rules and regulations * Maintaining production area housekeeping * Minimize waste by using/disposing of raw materials and consumable items efficiently * Always maintaining a safe working environment Experience Required: * Paint spraying/prepping and finalizing experience ideally in commercial vehicle industry. * Consistently high standard of workmanship * Previous experience of working with single pack and two pack paint * Ability to ensure production target output and quality is maintained.
