The Role
As a Signalling Trainer, you will deliver engaging and compliant training and assessments at the client's training centre in Clapham and occasionally at customer locations across the UK. You will work closely with Business Development, Quality and Support teams to ensure every learner receives a first-class experience while maintaining the highest Network Rail standards. This role is ideal for someone who can combine technical signalling expertise with excellent communication and coaching skills.
What You Will Be Doing
- Deliver Industry-Leading Training
- Deliver signalling training and assessments to Network Rail standards
- Facilitate classroom and practical worksite learning
- Ensure learners have a safe, engaging and positive experience
- Deliver sessions professionally, confidently and on time
Maintain Compliance and Standards
- Keep personal competencies current in line with Network Rail requirements
- Participate in annual capability conversations and assessments
- Ensure all training materials remain accurate, compliant and relevant
- Complete all required administration and learner records accurately
- Support Operational Excellence
- Update asset registers and complete WAIF documentation where required
- Assist in maintaining training facilities, buildings and grounds
- Work within agreed KPIs and budget expectations
- Coordinate effectively with clients, candidates and internal teams
Champion Safety
- Promote the highest standards of Health and Safety at all times
- Lead by example in all operational and training environments
- Ensure all assessment objectives are achieved to the required standards
