Shorterm Group are representing a leading precision engineering company in the search for a Technical Sales Manager to support continued growth across key sectors including Aerospace, Defence, Sub-Sea and Oil & Gas.
The Role
This is a dynamic, customer-facing position involving UK-wide travel, focused on developing new business and building long-term relationships. You'll take ownership of projects from initial enquiry through to delivery, working closely with engineering and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors
- Visit customers nationwide to build and grow key accounts
- Provide technical sales support, estimating, and project coordination
- Manage projects end-to-end, from enquiry through to completion
- Act as the key liaison between customers and internal teams
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
