My client is a growing landing gear MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) company based in Hayes, and we are looking for a hands-on, motivated individual to join their hydraulic workshop team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong practical skills who wants to break into the aviation industry and build a long-term career in aviation engineering.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong hand skills and mechanical aptitude
- Experience using hand tools and power tools confidently and safely
- Good attention to detail
- A practical, can-do attitude
- Reliability and willingness to learn
- An engineering or aviation qualification is favourable, but it is not as important as practical ability and hands-on experience.

The Role
You will be working within our landing gear overhaul facility, supporting the disassembly, inspection, cleaning, and reassembly of aircraft hydraulic components. Training will be provided.
Package:
- £25,000 - £26,000 per year
