We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing FM business covering London and the South East. This role would suit engineers based around Hoddesdon, Waltham Abbey, Harlow, Cheshunt, Enfield and surrounding areas, ideally outside the M25.
Duties:
- You will be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding and repairs on commercial air conditioning systems including VRV/VRF, split and multi-split systems, AHUs and ventilation equipment.
Package:
- £21.00 per hour (based on 37.5 hour week)
- 2 hours paid travel time per day
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
- Company van, fuel card
- 1 in 5 call-out rota
- Any call-outs attended paid at enhanced overtime rates
Working Hours:
- Monday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Tuesday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Requirements:
- Air Conditioning qualification (NVQ Level 2 or 3)
- Experience working on commercial AC systems
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
