Position Summary: Working at a modern Rolling Stock production facility, you will initially be engaged for the implementation of a suite of modifications for the new London Underground Stock.
You will be responsible for:
- Carrying out mechanical and interior pre-sale modifications including underframe work
- Recording work via internal IT systems
- Carrying out inspections and checks to ensure fleet reliability
- Identifying improvements and feedback into team leader
- Advising and rectifying any defects that are found
Qualifications / Education required:
- Minimum requirements NVQ Level 3 or equivalent award in a Mechanical/Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 18 Months Mechanical Rolling Stock Modifications experience
