The company is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join its expanding operations team. This position will play a key role in supporting warehouse, logistics and inventory activities while ensuring compliance with strict quality and safety standards.
The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, sorting and organising incoming shipments and materials
- Inspecting incoming goods to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
- Recording shipment details and updating inventory systems accurately
- Storing and securing materials within designated warehouse locations
- Picking and preparing items for dispatch to customers and operational teams
- Packing, labelling and preparing shipments for delivery
- Operating warehouse and material handling equipment including pallet trucks and forklifts where required
- Supporting stock control activities including inventory checks and cycle counts
- Working closely with internal departments and external suppliers to support smooth day-to-day operations
- Following company procedures alongside health & safety and quality requirements
- Supporting additional warehouse and logistics activities as required
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within structured processes
- Good communication and team-working skills
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced operational environment
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
- Aerospace or aviation industry experience would be advantageous, but not essential
