Areas of expertise include Engine Overhaul, final Drive Overhaul and locomotive refurbishment.Job Purpose:Great opportunity to join an internationally renowned Rolling Stock company on a permanent basis.The key aim of the role is to provide maintenance on diesel engines for one of our client’s customers based in the Birmingham area, you will attend breakdowns in the company van, diagnose the issue and through fault finding and diagnostics provide solutions.The role will involve a degree of flexibility in regard to hours will be required, an element of on call will be required (every other weekend).Principle Responsibilities & Accountabilities:* Conduct appropriate modification programmes on Company products.* First line dealing with support questions and advice made by customers* Driving to breakdown and diagnosing the problem.* Consulting with internal stakeholders and customers to get the right resolution for both parties* Using knowledge of mechanical engineering to close out claims as soon as possibleThe successful candidate:* Will ideally have a minimum of 3 years mechanical experience working on large…
