Job Title: Facilities TechnicianJob Location: EdinburghSalary: £47328.90 per annum Shifts: Permanent 4 on 4 off shifts, days onlyHours Per Week: Average 40hrs per week Start Date: ASAPCompany Summary:Europe's largest Rolling Stock Producer, maintainer and servicing organisation.Position Summary:This position is working within a team to complete maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to the site plant and depot infrastructure al l whilst working within strict HSE guidelines.This position is based on a busy Rolling Stock maintenance depot, and all applicants would be expected to complete the following periodic check and repairs: Facilities - Repairs to buildings and grounds Plant - Repairs and checks of pumps and water test facility. Electrical Systems - Checks and repairs of CCTV, PA, Security Systems, Lighting and HVAC Specialist Mechanical Systems - Repairing and maintaining things such as Vehicle jacking systems, Wash Systems, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems Supporting all facilities routine maintenance.Additional duties: Log any issues or repairs on database Raise PO's General Database work Operate FLT (onsite training provided Escort and supervision on contractors Support site HSEPerson Profile/Experience: Proactive maintenance engineer with excellent fault finding skills Able to work from and interpret written work instruction closely Able to carry out physical aspects as well as the more intricate aspects of the role. Flexible and committed team member that works well as part of team. Mechanical and Electrical experience Attention to details.
