We are seeking two proactive and detail-oriented individuals to join our Maintenance department to support ongoing projects and administrative functions. These roles are ideal for candidates with strong organisational skills and a background in maintenance or engineering (preferred but not essential).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the department's transition to SAP.
- Collate and manage asset information and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of forms, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks and data entry.
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of risk assessments and COSHH documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Background in maintenance, engineering, or a similar technical environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
