Operations Lead – Marine\\n\\nI am working closely with a Marine company that replace risky, manual work with advanced robotics that deliver results faster, safer, and smarter. Our technology brings precision, speed, and reliability to marine operations-helping our clients work more efficiently while reducing risk every step of the way. – This role is based in Edinburgh\\n\\nAbout the Role as Operations Lead\\n\\nAs part of a small, ambitious team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality offshore and marine projects using cutting-edge ROV technology.

This is a hands-on, field-based position combining operations, inspection, and collaboration with engineering teams.\\n\\nWhat You'll Be Doing\\n\\nOperating and deploying ROV systems on marine projects\\n\\nCollecting inspection and NDT data in the field\\n\\nSupporting vessel trials, pilot programs, and customer deployments\\n\\nWorking closely with engineering teams to improve reliability and operational workflows\\n\\nEnsuring safe, efficient operations and accurately documenting procedures and results\\n\\nWhat We're Looking For\\n\\nBackground in ROV piloting, NDT (UT), marine engineering, or a similar technical discipline\\n\\nNDT Level 2 certification preferred\\n\\nComfortable working outdoors and on or around vessels\\n\\nA practical, hands-on problem solver with a proactive mindset\\n\\nWilling and able to travel for field-based work\\n\\nSomeone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment and enjoys being part of a small, driven team\\n\\nMust Hold the Full rights to work in the UK
