Job Title: Dual Skilled Fitters (Training and Upskilling provided) Job Location: Crewe, Cheshire Shifts: Mon-Fri 8am 4.30pm (With Flexibility to work shifts) Hourly Rate: £16.06 PAYE / £20.79 Umbrella (Training rate – first 6 weeks approx.) £18.25 PAYE / £23.65 Umbrella (Post training) Hours Per Week: 37 Duration: Ongoing Start Date: November/December 2025 Shorterm Group are recruiting for over 40 Dual Skilled Fitters who are looking to adapt and learn new skills for a long term contracts for one of their major clients to carry out mechanical overhaul of Rail Bogies electrical and wiring overhaul on HVAC systems at the clients Crewe Depot. You DO NOT NEED to have a strong engineering background as other Practical Trade Backgrounds will be considered and PAID TRAINING will be provided.
