In our Derby office we specialize in the rail and rolling stock sectors and boast an extensive portfolio of clients which we're very proud to supply.
These include some of the biggest names in the industry such as Alstom, Siemens, Hitachi to name only a very few.
The Role You'll join an experienced team that specialises in recruiting skilled engineering professionals for some of the UK's biggest Rail and Rolling Stock organisations.
You'll start the role as a 360 Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying new clients and bringing them into our portfolio, servicing the client requirements, managing existing client needs, placing candidates and identifying new sales pipelines, all of the training and guidance will be provided to you in order for you to do this successfully.
What You'll Need * Great communication and people skills * Previous experience in a business-to-business sales role * A positive, motivated attitude * Strong organisation and time management * A willingness to learn and develop * Sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
