Role Overview: We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Administrator to support the delivery of an ongoing Rolling Stock project. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, suppliers and customers, you will ensure projects are well coordinated and accurately documented. Key Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to Project Managers and project teams. * Maintain project trackers, action logs, schedules and registers. * Coordinate project meetings, agendas, minutes and actions. * Maintain accurate project and engineering documentation and document registers. * Support document control, configuration management and change control. * Monitor project actions, deliverables and key milestones. * Maintain records relating to quality, non-conformances and corrective actions. * Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments. * Prepare project reports, presentations and management information. * Ensure project records comply with company quality and document-control procedures. Essential Skills & Experience * Previous experience in project administration or coordination. * Experience within rolling stock, rail, engineering or manufacturing is desirable. * Excellent organisational and communication skills. * Strong attention to detail. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. * Professional and confident when dealing with customers and suppliers. Desirable * Experience with engineering or technical documentation. * Knowledge of rail/rolling stock projects. * Experience with ERP, document-control or project management systems. * Project Management qualification or equivalent experience.
